Depending on your starting point, we either help build your design team or begin detailed costing of your plans. We liaise with architects, engineers and consultants, assess buildability, and seek real trade quotes that reflect your design and intent.

This process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, during which we spend meaningful time reviewing drawings, visiting site, and preparing an accurate, itemised pricing proposal. It’s more than a cost estimate, it’s a roadmap for your build, supported by technical advice and best-practice suggestions. We also guide you through design refinement if needed, helping you align scope, selections, and financial clarity early, so the path forward is confident and well considered.

Locking in the detail, and preparing the site for success. With your design finalised and pricing approved, we enter into the building contract. During this stage, we also finalise timelines, ensure insurances are in place, and begin preparing your project for site commencement.

Depending on the complexity and timing, this phase includes ordering long-lead items, onboarding our construction team, and coordinating trades. You’ll be introduced to your dedicated project manager, as well as your project support team, and if you’re working with a designer or architect, we ensure everyone is aligned and ready for delivery. Our goal here is to remove guesswork and build momentum, so when we step on site, we’re not starting with questions, but with confidence.

Craftsmanship, communication, and calm execution on site. From the first day on site to the final finishing touch, our team leads with care, professionalism, and precision. Your project manager oversees each stage with clarity and consistency, keeping you updated, coordinating trades, and ensuring every decision is executed to the highest standard.

We provide regular site walkthroughs, share progress updates via your personalised client portal, and remain available throughout for clear communication. Handover, support, and the beginning of life in your new home. As we approach completion, we undertake a final quality review to ensure every detail meets our standard and yours. You’ll walk through the home with your project manager, confirm final touches, and receive a tailored handover package including warranties, care guides, and relevant documentation.
